Operations Manager

Rynn Lochhead is our Operations Manager and is responsible for running the firm’s day to day activities and integrating new technologies that better serve our clients and increase the efficiencies of the firm.  Rynn joined our team with a long-term vision of implementing our firm’s business continuation plan. Rynn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin combining her studies in Human Dimensions of Organization (HDO) and Business. 

HDO has prepared Rynn with critical thinking skills and effective communication, which are crucial to the success of running a business. Rynn uses the disciplines of the liberal arts—the humanities, and the social and behavioral sciences—to understand client interactions and how our firm can best serve our clients.  In our world of financial planning and investment management, we understand the significance that behavioral finance can have in helping clients pursue their goals. Rynn’s time at The University of Texas has helped prepare her to align with our firm’s vision.

At The University of Texas at Austin, Rynn was a member of University Financial Planning Association where she gained knowledge in all phases of financial planning as well as wealth & investment management strategies.

During Rynn’s HDO studies at the University of Texas at Austin, she served as a consultant to a local Austin business where she spent a semester working on solutions to improve their overall business practices and policies.  She also was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha where she was the treasurer of philanthropy.

Rynn was born and raised in the Dallas area. She attended Bishop Lynch High School where she played on the state championship softball team. She spends her free time working out, playing tennis, and loves outdoor activities. She also enjoys spending time with her Border Collie, Dasher.

However, it is important to understand the value of each team member of our firm. Mr. Boda delegates all administrative tasks to his highly skilled team members. The team has been highly trained to handle all your customer service needs (withdrawals, paperwork, questions regarding statements, changes of address, etc.) Delegating these tasks benefits you because it allows Mr. Boda to concentrate on what he does best which is to spend his time meeting with clients to advise them on their issues & concerns and to spend the other portion of the day keeping an eye on your investments and researching tax law changes that affect you & your money.
